How much is the membership?

The membership cost is the same price as the day pass, but for a month instead!

How does the pricing work? Can I pay for multiple months up front?

The membership is paid on a monthly basis, starting from the day of sign up and will charge on the same day of the next month until inactive.

Once I am part of the club, can I cancel at any time?

Once signed up, there is a minimum of 3 months before a member can cancel their membership.

How can I sign up?

Any of our teammates would love to get you signed up in venue, or you can sign up on our mobile app!

Can I use my membership at another PopStroke location?

Feel free to play whenever, wherever! All memberships can be used at any location across the country.

How do I get information on the special Members Only events and perks?

You can't miss out on the info! First, download the PopStroke app, then add your email to your profile in order to stay up to date on all our fun happenings!

I have 2 children, can they become members as well?

Bring on the kids! Each adult member has the ability to add up to 3 kids onto their membership for the same price as a kid's day pass.

How do you know I'm a Club Member when I return?

Each club membership is tied to their phone number, which is how we will know it's you upon your next visit.

How can I change the payment on file for the membership?

Once you download the app, you are free to change the card on file at any time.
